A woman was injured in a Los Angeles car accident when she was struck by a car while crossing the street. According to The San Gabriel Valley Tribune, the pedestrian accident occurred at the intersection of Colima Road and Janine Drive in Whittier the evening of November 15, 2010. The woman was crossing Colima Road in a marked crosswalk when a southbound car struck her. She sustained injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening. No arrests were made following the accident.
