What Caused This Rollover Accident?

It is unclear from this report what could have caused this rollover accident. There are more questions here than answers at this point. Was there a vehicle defect or mechanical malfunction that may have caused or contributed to this crash? Was there a dangerous condition on the roadway? Was another vehicle involved in this crash? Was driver error a factor? I trust officials are looking into these and other issues in order to determine exactly what occurred here and why.

Liability Issues

If an auto product defect is determined to have caused this crash, then, the auto maker or the manufacturer of the defective product could be held liable. If a dangerous or defective roadway caused the crash, the governmental agency responsible for maintaining the roadway could also be held liable. Under California Government Code section 911.2, any personal injury or wrongful death claim against a governmental entity must be properly filed within 180 days of the accident or injury.

Auto defects can cover a wide range of possibilities. Knowing if a defective auto product caused your car accident can be critical to your case. Request your free copy of “Still Unsafe at Any Speed — Auto Defects That Cause Wrongful Deaths and Catastrophic Injuries” by Brian Chase. This auto defect book will enable you to evaluate an auto defect case by offering valuable information. Brian’s book is the only comprehensive auto defect book published since 1965 when Ralph Nader released “Unsafe at Any Speed.” The real world examples illustrate just how dangerous defective vehicles are and the implications it has on our own lives.

An experienced San Bernardino personal injury lawyer will be able to advise injured victims and the families of deceased victims about their legal rights and options. It would also be a good idea in such cases to preserve the vehicle in its current crashed condition, intact, so it can be thoroughly examined for vehicle defects, malfunctions or other evidence.
