What Caused This Crash?

Based on this news report, it is unclear as to what led to this major injury collision. Was the driver under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs? Did an auto defect or malfunction in the SUV cause it to go out of control and crash into the tree? Did speed play a part in the crash? Why were the women ejected from the SUV? Were they not wearing their seatbelts or were they thrown out of the vehicle because of defective seatbelts? These are some of the issues that must be examined in this case in order to determine precisely what happened here and why.

Claim for Compensation

In such cases, it would be a good idea for a victim to preserve the vehicles in its current condition, unaltered, so an expert can examine it thoroughly for defects, malfunctions and other evidence. If an auto defect caused this accident or resulting injuries, then, the automaker or the manufacturer of the defective product can be held liable for the damages. An experienced Los Angeles personal injury lawyer will be able to analyze all aspects of the incident and ensure that the negligent parties are held accountable.
